Anthem offers different types of Medicare Advantage Plans

Depending on where you live, you may have several types of Medicare Advantage Plan options available from Anthem.

  • MediBlue HMO
If you have an Anthem Medicare HMO Plan, you can choose a primary care physician (PCP) to coordinate your medical care. Your PCP can refer you to specialists within your plan network whenever you need specialized care.

  • MediBlue PPO
An Anthem Medicare PPO Plan can give you more freedom and flexibility to see specialists without a referral and to visit providers inside and outside of your plan network. You will typically pay lower costs when you receive in-network care.

  • Special Needs Plans
Medicare Special Needs Plans are custom designed with coverage that matches the specific needs of members who have certain health conditions or circumstances.

Your Anthem Medicare Plan selection and cost may vary by state and zip code.
